The service

WhatsMyIP.no provides free network utilities — IP display and lookup, DNS queries, port checks and a public API — operated by NiceLab AS ("we"). By using the site or API you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

  • The API is free for personal and commercial use within the published rate limits (currently 100 requests per minute per IP).
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, disrupt the service, or use the tools against systems you do not own or have permission to test. The port checker only ever tests your own connection.
  • Automated bulk scraping of the website (as opposed to the API) is not permitted.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Geolocation data comes from third-party databases and is an estimate; do not use it where accuracy is critical. We may change or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiceLab AS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
